We do have a hitch that will fit your 2017 Subaru Impreza, which is the Draw-Tite # DT24959. If you choose to tow a Kayak trailer, this hitch will work well. However, when I looked up the owner's manual for your Impreza it said that your vehicle was not made or intended for towing trailers. I have another solution that will not void your vehicle's warranty.
Yakima has a roof rack system that will allow you to carry both Kayaks, as long as you do not go over your Subaru's roof weight capacity. This system weighs a combined total of 26 lbs. If you have the factory rails on your Subaru then the weight limit for your roof is 150 lbs that means with this roof rack system that your kayaks can not weigh anymore than 120 lbs combined. If you do not have the factory rails the weight limit for your roof is 176 lbs, which means that your kayaks can not weigh more than 140 lbs combined.
If your Impreza has a naked roof with fixed mounting points, the full system includes the Landing Pad # Y00233, SkyLine Towers # Y53TR, CoreBar Crossbars # Y00421, and the Thule Stacker Kayak Carrier # TH830. To help deter theft of your roof rack, you can use the Yakima Same Key System # Y07206 which will allow you to use the same key for all locks.
If you have the raised rails on your Impreza then you will want to use the Yakima TimberLine Towers # Y33TR, CoreBar Crossbars # Y00421, and the Stacker Kayak Carrier # TH830. You can still use the Yakima Same Key System # Y07206 with this roof rack as well.
I have attached some demonstration videos for you as well.
