The TracRac TracVan ES Van Ladder Rack - 2 Bar - 500 lbs, # TH29612XT is not a fit for your Tundra. I reached out to my contact at Thule, the maker of TracRac and they don't have any TracRac fits for roof mounts only for cap mounting that requires drilling through the roof. They suggest and I recommend using a roof rack for your application although the heights may not line up, it will protect your cab.
For this system on a 2014 Tundra Double cab, I recommend the roof rack confirmed to fit consisting of:
Thule WingBar Load Bars - Aluminum - 60" - Qty 2 # TH711500,
