Will Demco HiJacker 5th Wheel Hitch for 2017 Ford F-250 Prep Package be Centered Over the Rear Axle
Question:
When the demco hijacker 18 k for Ford prep kit is installed on an F250, where will the king pin center of hitch jaw be located relative to the rear axel. Exactly over it, 1inch in front, 2inch in front , etc. Alternatively, this can be calculated if I know the distance along the side rail from the center of the rear puck to the center on the hitch jaws. Thank you.

Once installed the Demco HiJacker # DM8550038 for the prep package on your 2017 Ford F-250 will be just about dead center over the rear axle. In other words the center of the hitch head will be right in the middle between the rear and front pucks of the prep package.
