I have a solution for you, but the SeaSucker Hornet part # 298-BH1302 that you referenced would not work for you since you have a spoiler.
You would need to install a trailer hitch on your 2017 Lexus RX 350 like the Draw Tite part # 75540 and then use a hitch bike rack.
