According to the installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Class I hitch, # 24914, you will not have to alter the bumper on your 2015 Mazda 3.
The hitch will bolt to already existing holes in your car's frame. No welding or drilling will be required.
The instructions do say that you will have to temporarily lower the exhaust during installation.
The installation instruction are linked toward the bottom of this page for you to review.
