Does the 5th wheel hitch ship completely put together or is assembly required?

The Pro Series Hitch part # PS30121 does require assembly. The slider will need to attach to the crossmember and the crossmember to the head of the hitch. In the instructions link that I attached you can see the install process outlined. It's pretty basic and wouldn't be too difficult at all.
