I purchased a demco 13k auto slide fifth wheel hitch and the teflon ripped while I was turning on my last trip. What do I need to do to get this repaired?

It sounds like you need a new lube plate for your Demco 5th wheel slider hitch. You can use 10-inch diameter Reese lube plate # RP83002 instead of grease for less mess.
