Question:
What is the vertical dimension from the top of the plate on the 76028 that mounts to the bumper to the top of the inside of the receiver tube, and the horizontal dimension from the holes in the same plate to the pin hole in the receiver tube? I could wait until I get the hitch and mount it, then measure, but with those numbers I can select the proper ball mount for the vehicle I will be mounting the hitch to in order to match the two trailers I will be towing, and get it all into one shipment.

I went out to the warehouse and took the measurements you are needing on Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 76028. From the top of the center plate that attaches to the vehicle to the top of the receiver opening it is 2-3/4 inches. From the center of the mounting holes on that plate straight out to the center of the pin hole is 2-1/2 inches. I made a picture showing this.
On average with this hitch installed the height from the ground to the top of the receiver opening is 14-1/2 inches. Since you are towing more than one trailer you could use an adjustable ball mount such as # MT70068 or # C45900 which comes with balls. I have linked videos of these ball mounts for you.
