The RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80237 can work with the TracRac SR Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-000 on your 2016 Ram 2500 8 foot bed because the tonneau cover leaves the stake pockets open and the bracket that goes over the bed rail aside from that is very thin.
