How to Pick Out Replacement Roof Vent Lid for Trailer with Snow Cracked Lid

My roof vent on my new Wells Cargo Fast Trak cracked from the weight of the snow on it. Could you tell me which replacement cover will work on this trailer. I couldnt find any info on the vent as far as manufacturer.

Replacement roof vent lids come in one of three hinge types and this you will want to match to yours as you select replacements. Please refer to the linked photo that shows the three hinge types, 3-point, 4-point and continuous. You can then use the linked page for roof vent lids to select the hinge type and preferred color.

I wish there was a way I could look up what lid would be on your trailer just based on what you listed but that's not information we have access to.
