Trailer Hub to Fit Spindle with 1.06 Bearing Diameters on Spindle

Hi, Ive purchased two hub kits for my trailer, AKIHUB-440-2-1K. I had measured the previous bearings at about 1inch but didnt realize how accurate I had to be when measuring. The spindles are too large for the new bearings in the kit and measure about 1.056inch +/- 0.002inch at both C and D locations on your diagram. The old bearings are unmarked as far as I can tell and measure also in the 1.05Xinch range. I had to heat up the inner bearing to remove it from the spindle and I had to tap it all the way off of the spindle indicates non tapered spindle?. Picture is of spindle with the dust shield from the kit on it. My questions are, what bearings should I order and can they be used with the hubs I bought? I assume the races wont be compatible and will have to be removed. The trailer is a 1995 Long 1100 RCSG which had been used for a 17foot Whaler. Thanks for the help!!!

You are going to have to send the hubs back and go with ones that fit the BTR spindle you have on your trailer like the # AKIHUB-440-2-2K. It's not just a matter of swapping bearings.
