Cigarette Lighter Outlet Availability for Vehicle Battery That Can Handle 12 Amps

I need a cigarette lighter style plug that can handle a maximum current draw of 12 amps. The 12 amp current draw will be very seldom and not last more than 20 or 30 seconds. What do you have that can fulfill this need?
