Question:
Will the original Prodigy brake controller work on a 2017 Tahoe? I currently have this controller on a 2004 and want to transfer it to a 2017.

Brake controllers themselves are not vehicle specific so yes, it will work on your new 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe.
The part that is vehicle specific is the wiring harness. The 2017 does not use the same harness as the 2004. The new Tahoe needs # 3016.
