Question:
I have a factory hitch on my 2010 dodge ram 2wd, 5.7 I added the 13333 curt hitch. My question, the tw is 600 and gross weight is 6k, the travel trailer is 4995 and tw is 595. If I do not add to the tongue weight, very little in trailer glasses, cook wear and such, can I safely pull this camper with this tongue weight? I plan to order the class 4 hitch and put it on when I get back, but this trip was already planned when I had a smaller trailer, and only purchased this Jayco fb 23 only this week.

As for towing capacity, the hitch will work fine. However, the tongue weight you provided will be an issue with this hitch.
Tongue weight is usually 10 - 15 percent of the trailer weight, in your trailer's case, between 495 - 750 lbs. If your total tongue weight, a loaded ready to tow trailer and any weight behind the rear axle of you tow vehicle, is over 600 lbs, then this could cause failure of the hitch.
Because you are already really close to the tongue weight limit, I recommend upgrading to the Curt Trailer Class IV Hitch Receiver, # 14374.
I have attached a couple of help articles on trailer hitches and on tongue weight for you to review.
