Question:
What are my options for carrying 4 bikes in the bed of a 2016 Silverado 2500HD 6 1/2 foot standard bed with a Leer Trilogy X2T? I can fold up the tonneau cover, but would prefer to not have the cover in the upright position while driving down the highway. Ill be towing a travel trailer, so a hitch mount is not an option. Ive read that the tonneau cover rails and my bedrail covers will interfere with most rail-mounted options.

The Tonneau cover rails on your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 will be in the way of most truck bed bike racks but I do have a couple of solutions for you.
First, you could use a tailgate pad # S64760. This will protect the truck and the bikes, secure the bikes, and you will likely not have to fold up the Tonneau cover all the way. I have linked a video review of this product for you.
Another option is to use a towing bike rack, # S64675, as long as the trailer's tongue weight is less than 350 pounds and the gross trailer weight is under 3,500 pounds.
If the travel trailer has a 4 to 4-1/2 inch square, steel bumper welded its entire length you could use the Swagman bumper mount rack # S80600. The two halves can be adjusted to fit around a spare tire if your trailer has one at the back. I have linked a video of this rack as well.
