Question:
I am changing my four lug hubs to 5 lug x 4.5 on a relatively small trailer. I have photos of the axle spindle, the hub and the bearing number unfortunately, I dont see where I can download those items so you can help me with my purchase. Do you have such a place? No brakes. Idler hubs, 5x4.5. Bearing numbers are; L44649 x 4 (non-tapered)

Since you provided the bolt pattern and bearing numbers we won't be needing the pictures.
The hub assembly I suggest is the idler hubs # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K. These are rated for 2,000 pounds and include the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts.
For the same kit for standard spindles instead of the E-Z Lube use # AKIHUB-545-2-LF-2K.
