The Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T43397007K is compatible with the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K you mentioned. The only thing you really need to make sure is compatible with your actuator itself is the tongue of your trailer as well as the brake assemblies. These hub/drum assemblies are compatible with either hydraulic or electric brake assemblies.

If you will be using these brakes for a marine application, I recommend the Hydraulic Brake Kit - Uni-Servo - Free Backing - Dacromet - 10" - Left/Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # AKFBBRK-35-D. If you will be using these brakes for a utility or camping trailer application, I recommend the Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit - Uni-Servo - Free Backing - 10" - Left/Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # AKFBBRK-35. These are great break assemblies, just without the extra coating for marine grade corrosion resistance.

For your single axle trailer, I recommend the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 15' # 15SI-BLKIT. This kit will give you the flexibility to allow you to run your brake lines without worrying about bends. This flexible hose kit with swivel fittings makes it easy.

These components will all work well together.
