what hitch will fit my 2008 dodge ram V-6

For your 2008 Dodge Ram, the Curt Trailer Hitch, # 13333, that you have referenced would be a good choice. This hitch mounts to the bumper support beam and the bumper. It has a gross trailer weight capacity of 6,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of 600 pounds. I have included a link to the installation instructions for reference.
To complete your towing set up, the recommended ball mount is # 2753 with pin and clip # PC3. You can use ball # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter), # 19247 (2 inch diameter), or # 63847 (2-5/16 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, you will need Upgraded Circuit Protected Taillight Converter Hardwire Kit, # 119178KIT, if the truck does not have a tow package. Or, use T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, # 118381, if the truck has a tow package and you want to add a 4-Way.
