Question:
Howdy, I have a brand new trailer with Dexter Torflex axles. How do I identify the axles so that I can order the correct lift kit? thank you

To identify the type of Dexter Torflex axle you have on your trailer, there should be a tag or plate located somewhere on the axle itself that lists the part number and weight capacity. The weight capacity should be a good indication of what type of axle you have. I attached an example of a typical Dexter tag below.
For example, the Dexter Torflex Kit # K71-724-02 is compatible with #11 Torflex axles with a 4,100-6,000 pound capacity. For #12 Torflex axles with 5,500-7,000 pound capacities you will use # K71-725-02 and for #10 Torflex axles with 2,300-4,000 pound capacities, you will use # K71-707-02.
If you are unable to find this information, I recommend checking with your trailer dealer as they should be able to tell you exactly what was installed on your trailer
