The ladder rack we carry for your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with the 6-1/2 foot bed that has the longest cross bars is the Erickson # EM07706. The cross bars are 78 inches long. However, they're also over 1-3/4 inches in diameter so if you're going to be adding kayak carriers you may have trouble finding one to fit those bars.

Another option is the Thule Xsporter # TH500XT which has cross bars that are 72 inches wide. Then add the Top Deck # TH881 for the kayaks. You'll need the # THXADAPT3 to fit the Top Deck onto the Xsporter bars.

For a final option that's different than your original plan you can get a ladder rack that doesn't have to be as wide, like the 66 inch Outdoorsman # Y01136-Y00410 for example, and then carry the kayaks on their sides using the Yakima JayLow # Y04073. This would give you more options as to which ladder rack you choose.
