Roof Rack to Install Rhino-Rack Roof Basket on a 2016 Jeep Renegade Sport

Question:

Hello, I have a 2016 Jeep Renegade Sport, which doesnt have any roof rack/bars on the top as of right now. Im wondering what I would need to buy/install if I wanted to have a Rhino Rack XL basket on the roof? Can I install roof bars? Can I buy an aftermarket set of roof bars/rails? I dont have a MySky, or a sunroof, either. Thank you very much,

To complete the roof rack on your 2016 Jeep Renegade it must have the factory rails that run front to back on the roof. With these raised rails you can add crossbars.. I recommend using the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero # RRVA126B-2 with the legs # RRSX100. I've linked a video of the rack being installed on a Renegade like yours.

Then the Rhino-Rack Roof Basket # RMCB02 can be added to the Vortex bars.
