We don't have any fit info for a 2018 Q5 (as of 5-2017, but see below for updated hitch info!). As soon as we do though it will be on our site as we are pretty good at getting the fit info up quick.

Yes! We have the Draw Tite hitch part # 76183 and the Curt # C13331 confirmed as a fit for your 2017 Audi Q5!
We had the chance to fit the Curt part # C13331 on a 2018 Q5 and we found that it fit and worked well. See install video below. So we have first hand confirmation the hitch fits as well. The reason I like the Draw Tite better is that it's a very similar design with the same capacities at a better price.
