Could Swagman Wheel Hoop Fit TransIt Flatbed 2DLX 2-Bike Hitch Rack

Hi. I lost the wheel connector for my TransIt Flatbed 2DLX 2-Bike Hitch Rack and can not reach the manufacturer. Will this fit?

If the bar that the wheel hoop slides on measures 1-3/16 inch square the Replacement Wheel Hoop # P318 would fit it, but aside from that we say for certain as we do not carry the brand TransIt.
