Ive seen other questions about using Thule load bars on truck toppers. Assuming the topper roof rails are compatible with Thule equipment, what foot pack and fit kit do I need to use Thule AeroBlade bars on my topper?

The channel on top of the truck toppers is compatible the vast majority of the time with Thule equipment as you mentioned. To add an Aeroblade Thule rack, you will want the Thule fit kit part # THKIT3101, the compatible feet # TH460R, and then crossbars like the old Thule AeroBlade or the newer WingBar Evo Load Bars - Aluminum - 60" # TH711520 or # TH711500.
I recommend using the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4 # TH450400 to secure your roof rack to your truck topper.
