Question:
What hitch do you recommend for a 2011 Honda Odyssey? Need to pull a small sailboat, 120 lbs. Thanks

The trailer hitch I recommend for lightweight towing on your 2011 Honda Odyssey is the Draw-Tite # 36417. A confirmed fit for your vehicle, it has a tongue weight capacity of 300 lbs and a trailer weight capacity of 3,500 lbs, which is more than enough for you to haul your sailboat. It also offers a simple bolt-on installation, so you can avoid drilling into your Odyssey.
The other Class II option available for your Odyssey is the Curt # C12031, though it requires the use of stabilizer strap # 18050, something you can avoid by using the Draw-Tite.
You may also be looking for a ball mount such as the the Draw-Tite # 36071, and hitch ball # 19256. Should you need wiring, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118521 is a confirmed fit for your Honda.
I have added a link to an install of the Draw-Tite on a 2011 Odyssey so you can see for yourself what the process entails.
