For trailer wiring confirmed to fit your 2005 Honda CR-V you would want the Tekonsha kit part # 118336 which is a confirmed fit. It comes with a converter box and installs very easily by plugging right into a factory port at the rear of your vehicle. I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2005 Honda CR-V as well.
