Compatible Trailer Hitch for 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige

Question:

We have a Thule bike rack we wanted to use with our new 2017 Q7...the mechanic at Audi told us this part does not fit the 17 Q7s, yet here it says it does. They told us we needed a $1050 part plus another $550 labor and parts as the entire bumper needs to change. Can you please confirm or deny? $1600 is just too much for adding a bike rack hitch. Thanks.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, # 76076, is confirmed to fit all models of the 2017 Audi Q7. We have installed this hitch on a 2017 Audi Q7. There are pictures of the car and hitch on the product page of the Draw-Tite hitch for you to review.

Being that this Draw-Tite hitch is a Class III hitch, you will be able to carry more than 2 bikes with a bike rack at the hitch.

The hitch has a 2 inch receiver opening, which will allow you to carry a variety of different hitch accessories. If your Thule bike rack can be mounted into a 2 inch receiver opening, then that bike rack will work well with this trailer hitch.
