Hi I have a 13/4 vent pipe stub up 2inwill that work? Douse it have a battery when there is no sun?

The Ultra-Fab Solar-Powered Plumbing Vent for Motor Homes # UF53-945001 does not have a battery to store power. It will work as long as there is sunlight but once the sunlight fades so does the power for the fan.
