Blue Ox Base Plates for 2002 Jeep Wrangler

The Roadmaster Base Plate to Blue Ox Tow Bar Adapter, part # RM-033 is not included with the Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar.

You would only need the adapter if your Jeep is already equipped with the Roadmaster Base Plates. If you do not yet have the base plates for your Jeep, we now carry Blue Ox base plates. For a C-channel bumper, use base plate part # BX1118, or # BX1120 for a double-tube bumper. When possible, it is best to use a tow bar and base plate from the same manufacturer.

To provide lighting for your Jeep while it is being towed, the Magnetic Towing Lights, part # RM-2120 are great for occasional towing, or for a more permanent installation, I would recommend the Hopkins Tail Light Isolating System with Wiring Harness, part # 38955.
