Will this clear the satelittle xm radio antenna on my 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon? Do the bow and stern blue tie downs scratch the vehicle?

When your kayak is loaded, the height of the rack and mount as well as the curve of your kayak should easily clear a Satellite XM radio antenna or at lease be able to avoid contact with it on your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon. The load straps have padded buckles to prevent any scratching and can be adjusted away from contact with the vehicle. The bow and stern tie downs do not have any edges or pieces that would cause any cosmetic issues either. This is a versatile system that will work very well for your application.

It is compatible with most factory roof rack crossbars however the crossbars must be a minimum of 24 inches apart center on center.
