Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendations for a 2007 Ford F-350

I have a 2007 F350 we just got with bed rails already installed in the truck. The square opening slots are about 22 inches center to center, front to back and 21-1/2 inches center to center side to side. What type of sliding hitch can I install that I dont have to change the brackets?

If the measurements you have given me are accurate, you have industry standard fifth wheel rails installed in your truck bed, which means you have many available options for a sliding fifth wheel hitch.

If you click the provided link, you can see the available options.

I really like the Demco Hijacker Auto Slide, part # DM8550034 for an 18K capacity or # DM8550035 for a 21K capacity. The hitch automatically slides rearward as you're making turns to allow more clearance between the trailer and the truck cab, which is quite a convenience.

For a manually activated slider, Reese offers some good options in 16K capacity as part # RP30051 or 20K as part # PS30121.

Any of the hitches I mentioned are compatible with industry standard bed rails.
