The Ultra-Fab Solar-Powered Plumbing Vent for Motor Homes - 7" Diameter x 3-3/4" Tall # UF53-945001 is designed to pull air out of the area, not push it in like your portable AC unit requires. It is possible to turn the fan blade over as you mentioned, but it may take a little bit of customization.
