The SportRack Ridge Swing Bike Rack # SR2415 is not rated for use behind a trailer. There's a lot more movement at the back of a trailer than a standard vehicle which will put additional strain on a bike rack.
The best bike rack that is rated to withstand the additional stress is the Yakima LongHaul # Y02476. It'll carry 4 bikes up to 37-1/2 pounds each and includes locks for the rack and for the bikes. It uses Yakima's SuperCush anti-sway cradles and the ZipStrip straps to secure the bikes.
I've attached a video review of the LongHaul for you.
If you're going to be carrying any women's or children's bikes you'll likely need a bike frame adapter bar like the Kuat Ubar # UB01. This creates the horizontal cross tube, like a traditional men's bike has, for bikes that don't have one. This way the bikes will hang level on a hanging bike rack.
