Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch and Rail Kit Recommendation for 2012 Ram 3500
Question:
Looking for a Reese hitch for my 2012 Dodge ram 3500 8 foot box 6.7 looking at. The Titian 16k? Is this a good fit? And what is a slider for? Also do your sell a good neck for this style

The Reese # RP30047 is a great hitch that would work well in your 2012 Ram 3500. Since you have a long bed truck you would not need a slider. They are designed to give a truck more turning clearance around sharp turns. Otherwise the cab of the truck will want to come into contact with the nose of the trailer.
You will need a fifth wheel rail kit to install the hitch. For that a custom install kit would be your best option as it minimizes drilling and install time. For that we have the Reese kit part # RP50140-58 which is a confirmed fit for your truck.
