I do have a solution for you, however the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2-Bike Rack # HR200Z referenced in your question is not compatible with the cargo rack extension.
For this option, you will instead want the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR1450Z. This rack can hold up to 2 bikes at 50 pounds each. The Cargo Carrier # HR1485 can be added to this particular bike rack at any point to allow you to carry your two bikes and also have additional space for cargo.
I have attached a video demonstration of this product for you to check out. Keep in mind that this bike rack is compatible with 2 inch trailer hitch receivers.
