The Flexco steps part # SMFP-4400 that you referenced are very universal and can basically be made to fit any RV, but are also made with dimensions that match what's needed for most RVs like your 2017 Keystone Avalanche. The outside dimensions of the mounting base of this measures 28-1/8 inches so you might compare that to what you have to see.
You should be able to move your outriggers, but if not we have replacements as part # LC301704.
