what is the closest point folded from the bumper to the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack Item # S64683. It looks very close on the Nissan Rogue in your video demo.I have a 2015 outback with exactly 6 1/4 in from the hitch pin to the bumper. Thanks,

The Swagman Chinook part # S64683 that you referenced has a distance of 6 inches from the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack when folded. So you would be short 1/4 inch.
Best option we have is the Yakima TwoTimer platform bike rack part # Y02468 which has a distance of 12 inches from the pin hole to the nearest part of the bike rack when folded up.
