Is the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders Item # TH544 compatible to a Thule 634 Sonic M cargo box? Thank you

The Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 referenced in your question are designed to work with any Thule racks, accessories and roof-rack feet and will work great on your 634 Sonic Cargo Box. If there are locks already installed on the cargo box, you will just need to remove the existing lock cores using the included control key.
This set comes with 4 cylinders and two keys.
