Yes, locks can be added to the Thule Rapid Traverse Roof-Rack Foot Pack, # TH480R.
The Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders, # TH450400, is a complete set of 4 lock cylinders that can be installed into the Rapid Traverse Feet. The set includes 2 keyed the same keys and 1 master key for installing and removing the lock cores.
