The Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier # M2200-01-02 referenced in your question is designed for 2-inch trailer hitch receivers.
To ensure that this cargo carrier will be compatible with the trailer hitch on your 2014 Honda Odyssey, I recommend taking a measurement from the hitch pin hole on the hitch to the outermost edge of the rear bumper. This particular cargo carrier has a rather short distance of 4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier. This means that the measurement you take on your trailer hitch will need to be less than 4 inches to avoid any clearance issues between the carrier and bumper.
For another enclosed hitch-mounted carrier that has a more generous hitch pin hole dimension of 14 inches, I recommend looking at the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Slide Out - 17 cu ft - 300 lbs - Black
Item # H00604. This provides 17 cubic feet of space and includes a one key locking system to help deter theft. A great feature of this carrier is its ability to slide away from the vehicle to allow for rear cargo access.
If you do not yet have a trailer hitch installed on your Honda Odyssey, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame # 75270. This will provide a 2-inch receiver opening and a tongue weight capacity of 675 pounds, although I also recommend checking the vehicle's owner's manual for its specific capacities. On this particular hitch, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper on your Odyssey is 6-1/2 inches.
I have attached demonstration videos on these products for you to check out.
