The dual-arm hanging bike rack with the widest distance between the arms is the Curt 4 Bike Rack # C18030, which is 16 inches (measured outside to outside at the cradles). This rack has a 1-1/4 inch shank but comes with an adapter sleeve for use in a 2 inch hitch.
It features anti-sway cradles, an anti-rattle hitch pin and a tilting mast for access to your cargo area.
