7-Way Wiring Recommendation for 1999 Ford F-250 with 7-Way in Bed of Truck

Question:

Hello I have a 1999 f250 tow wiring harness i would like to replace. the way it is set up now, I have the 7 way 5th wheel harness in the bed of the truck and the 4 flat below the bumper. Is there a way to have both the 7 way and the 4 flat below the the bumper together? I would like to keep the 7 way in the bed if possible, so i could have one in the bed and one below the back bumper. I was looking at item number 20110. I would get that and Item # HM40975 to use together. The only problem is on the part of the T connection that goes to the truck on item 20110, i have a grey, rectangular plug on my truck, not a circular one. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

We do have a fifth wheel 7-way kit confirmed as a fit for your 1999 Ford F-250 that uses the square style connectors like what your truck has. For that check out the part # 20031. This could basically be used in reverse and plug in to the wiring of the 7-way in your bed and then have the 7-way added to the rear of your truck.

To combine the 4 and 7-way together you'd need the part # HM40975 to replace the 7-way that comes with the # 20031.
