If you have a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver on your 2017 Toyota Tundra, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver & Coupler Lockset # e99039. This particular kit includes a set of keyed alike locks for both your trailer hitch and coupler. The locks are extremely well built, featuring a double-chrome plating for maximum rust resistance and covered key slots to prevent any corrosion.
The hitch lock will fit 2 inch hitch receivers. The inside width of the hitch pin is 2-5/8 inches. I recommend taking a quick measurement across the outside width of your hitch receiver to ensure this will be long enough. Some trailer hitch receivers have a larger outside lip that might prevent standard hitch locks from fitting properly. The coupler lock will fit trigger style trailer couplers with a 1/4 inch hole.
