Roof Rack And Rooftop Cargo Box Compatible With 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee E-Group Package

Hi There, I am considering RSP27 and MPG902 for my Grand Cherokee i have chrome rails on my roof, so the cross bars should be able to attach. Would those work together on my vehicle or do I need any other parts to secure them to my car? And one more question, will this RSP27 crossbars work with TH628 cargo box as well? Thanks

The Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack # RRRVP27 are a confirmed fit for your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the chrome rails of the e-group.

For a rooftop cargo box, the Malone Cargo16 Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - High Gloss Silver # MPG902 will work well with Crossbar spread between 25" to 40" and a 16" minimum between rear crossbar and rear edge of roof for hatch to open. This will fit well without any other components needed.

The Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Black AeroSkin # TH6357B will work with a crossbar spread between 23-5/8" - 33". This too will fit on the Rhino-Rack Crossbars but you need to make sure you have 47-1/2 inches between the front crossbar and the line where the roof and hatch meet to ensure the hatch will open fully while the box is installed.
