is there a male connector and wire to plug into the female connector on that light blue wire for the 3rd break light

We do not have OEM type vehicle wiring connectors but you can make a spliced connection to your 2005 Sierra's 3rd brake light wire using a Quick-Splice connector such as # SWC501915-1. These allow you to tap into that vehicle wire's brake light switch signal which is sometimes required for hardwired brake controller installations.
