Swagman RV Bumper Trailer Hitch Receiver Fit And Compatibility
Question:
Your description states a 4inch bumper size, but other description Ive read state a bumper size of 4-4.5. In fact one of your customers states he will have to shim the hitch on his 4inch bumper. Please clarify the bumper dimensions this hitch will accommodate.

The RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver - Clamp-On # S64025 is designed for the standard 4 inch RV bumper, but it will fit 4 inch to 4.5 inch continuous welded steel bumpers. The mounting plate measures 6 x 6 inches. This hitch receiver is not to be used with adapters or extenders.
