The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30051 and Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part # RP50066-58 are good option and will work well for your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. It has a rated capacity of 16,000 lbs which will more than capable of hauling your 9,500 trailer. This fifth-wheel trailer hitch features a 4-way-pivoting head to provide a full range of motion for easy trailer hookup. The installation brackets are inboard meaning they attach to the inside portion of the frame rail. I have attached a video review of this product for you.

A better 5th wheel hitch for you to use on your truck would be the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30075 and the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part # RP56001-53.
