Question:
need the screen for a bathroom roof vent, believe the model is VD0433. My trailer is a 2011 Joey 196. I found model number BVD0434-41 but it only comes in polar whit and I need birch white. Can you confirm this is the right product and if it can be obtained in birch white? I tried calling two times and was put on hold for so long had to hang up.

What you need is the part # BVD0434-31. This is the birch white version of the part # BVD0434-41.
