The Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part # RP56001-53 is an outboard kit and the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part # RP50066-58 is an inboard base rail kit.
The difference between the two brackets is the position in which the bolts attach. Part # RP56001-53 has a set of longer base rails that allow the bolts to be located outside the frame rail whereas part # RP50066-58 has a shorter set of base rails that require the mounting bolts to be positioned inside the frame rail. Generally speaking, part # RP56001-53 will be easier to install as the mounting bracket bolts will be much more accessible.
I have attached a photo of each kit that will further explain the mounting location for you.
