The Draw Tite hitch part # 24760 is the best option for your 2008 Hyundai Accent. It is a Class I hitch as this is the only Class available for your vehicle, but since it has a concealed cross tube and doesn't require the stabilizer strap # 18050 like the Curt does with bike racks it's the best option.
We don't have an exact ground clearance figure for the hitch but as you can see in the attached picture it fits right under the rear bumper which means you'd just need to subtract about 2 inches from the current bumper ground clearance.
